As our sustained growth continues, we are introducing a new position to support our multiple major Data Centre projects. We're looking for an experienced Logistics and Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced building materials environment.

You will embody an Inspirational approach to work.
Oversee all daily warehouse operations including receiving, dispatch, storage, and distribution
Lead and motivate a small warehouse team in a hands-on capacity
Manage inventory control, stock movements, replenishment, and stocktaking
Book freight and coordinate dispatch requirements
Unload containers and trucks safely and efficiently
Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards
Optimise warehouse layout and space utilisation
Collaborate closely with Trade Partners and project teams
Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, environmental, and company policies
What You'll Bring
A genuine passion for the Construction industry and a focus on safet
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role in a warehouse environment
Proven ability to plan and execute complex, multi-phase plans while adapting to changing project requirements.
Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs such as DIFOT, DOT, and inventory accuracy
To be confident with technology, including tracking logistics, using MS Office and our CRM, and maintaining accurate records.
Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
Current LF Forklift License (essential)
Valid Victorian (or Australian equivalent) Driver's License
Experience using warehouse management systems or inventory software
Experience within building materials, construction supply, or industrial distribution highly regarded
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on role
High attention to detail and strong communication skills
