Service Advisor Position
The Service Advisor will be responsible for coordinating daily service and repair jobs for trucks and trailers.
This role involves liaising with drivers and operations to manage workshop bookings and breakdowns, creating job cards, and ensuring parts availability.
* Scheduling daily service and repair jobs

* Creating and issuing job cards, maintenance records, and monitoring progress in the workshop
* Communicating with technicians to ensure effective workflow and timely completion of tasks
* Providing professional customer service to internal and external clients
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Service Advisor or Scheduler in a mechanical or transport environment, strong organisational and communication skills, and good mechanical understanding.
