We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Sales Administrator to join their modern Keysborough HQ. In this varied, hands-on role, you’ll be the go-to person for showroom enquiries, freight coordination, and internal sales operations, while working closely with the General Manager and Operations team.

- $60,000 - $70,000 + Super

What do you do?
- Handle showroom operations: walk-ins, calls, and online enquiries
- Manage quotes, orders, invoices, and payments to keep sales running smoothly
- Coordinate freight, logistics, and stock updates while keeping customers informed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and suppliers
- Support the sales and operations teams with reporting, admin, and order processing
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care
- Assist team when required, including processing credits and returns to assisting distribution or production
- Contribute to smooth office operations (banking, supplies, and the occasional lunchroom support)
What do you need?
- Previous customer service or sales admin experience (manufacturing, wholesale or distribution highly regarded)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite | Odu Experience (training provided)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- A down-to-earth, positive attitude with outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work in a small, supportive team environment and liaise across multiple sites
