This pivotal opportunity will see you partner closely with leaders to foster a high-performing culture through effective performance management, L&D, and engagement practices.
Key responsibilities include:
* Driving people strategy and providing high-level HR advice aligned with business goals
* Fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture through effective performance management, L&D, and engagement practices
* Providing expert guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, and organisational development
* Championing the development of talent pipelines and succession strategies across multiple sites
* Leading initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and team cohesion
* Supporting recruitment, retention, and reward frameworks to attract and retain top talent
* Ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation, awards, and internal policies
Hobart based preferred / Launceston considered. Statewide travel will be part of this role.
About You
We are looking for an HR professional who is commercially focused and outcomes-driven, with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
Key qualifications include:
* A minimum 5 years' experience in a P&C Business Partner or senior HR generalist role
* Proven success in implementing people strategies in dynamic, fast-paced environments
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and award interpretation
