Job Description
Your role as a People and Culture Senior Manager will enable you to;
- Drive a mix of strategic and operational HR initiatives
- Lead a team of HR professionals who are committed to providing a positive experience through all aspects of the employee journey

We are looking for a passionate people leader with a desire to make a difference. The successful candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or business management
- Experience leading and delivering people and culture services
- Ability to identify andprioritise complex problems and issues, generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve successful outcomes
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, regulation and WHS requirements
- Highly developed communication and conflict management skills
- Demonstrated experience in optimising process, HRIS performance and reporting
