About Our Emergency Department
* We see approximately 29,000 presentations annually, with an admission rate of 14%. While we have a strong aged care patient cohort, our ED provides care to patients of all ages.
* Liaison Psychiatry support is available on site, and we have a dedicated nurse educator team providing excellent training, including simulation.
* On-site pathology and radiology services are available until midnight, 7 days a week, with on-call services available overnight.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead clinical shifts alongside the multidisciplinary team
* Provide direct patient care and clinical supervision
* Support junior medical staff and Nurse Practitioners in their professional development
