Forbes Australia is looking for a Client Services Executive to execute 360 degree media campaigns across print, online, video, thought leadership and events. This is a critical role that will support our commercial team to deliver on key strategic initiatives, benchmarks, reporting and KPI’s and manage all elements of the client relationship post sale.
ResponsibilitiesBuild enduring relationships with a diverse range of high profile clientsClosely manage senior stakeholders to support the effective delivery of client deliverablesAccurately and efficiently support client campaign management and process all IOsWork with marketing teams to meet campaign deadlines, ensure all campaign collateral and materials are promptly and accurately coordinatedCollaborate with various teams to ensure exceptional service deliveryReview daily layouts of contracted clients to ensure advertising meets agreed parametersCreate media decks for sophisticated advertisers, including analysis and ROI demonstrationProvide strategic insights to media and advertising clients seeking clarity and expertiseContribute creative ideas to enhance client delivery.
ExperienceThis role is the linchpin to client retention, requiring phenomenal attention to detail and a sense of urgency in managing complex and intricate customer requests in a timely and professional manner.A strong working understanding of the traditional print and online publishing landscapeCustomer service and relationship building skills alongData analysis and reportingSense of urgency combined with high attention to detailStrong (verbal & written) communication skills with an ability to build relationshipsAdvanced computer skills will be a key advantage.Ability to work autonomously, within a team both onsite and virtuallyDigital marketing experience is preferable but not essential
