Job Description
* High‐level executive support to the Commercial Unit Leader (calendar management, travel, expenses, meetings)
* Provide administrative and coordination support to the ANZ HR function
* Assist with planning and delivery of leadership meetings, offsites, and events
* Attend key meetings and prepare notes, summaries, and action items
* Ad hoc support on Commercial Unit initiatives and projects
* Primary point of contact for building management, office access, visitors, and car parking
* Oversight of office operations, supplies, kitchen, and facilities
* Manage fleet vehicles, business mobile phones, and equipment
* Coordinate vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and payment queries with global teams
* Organise office events, functions, and visiting stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
* 5+ years experience in office management or executive assistance in corporate environment.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* A proactive and resourceful approach to problem‐solving.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
