The Role
We are looking for a driven and competent Commis Chefs, Demi Chefs, and Chef de Parties to join our team on a full-time or casual basis.
You will work closely with the senior chefs in driving quality and consistency.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about Asian cuisine and cooking techniques and who will have the ability to work in a fast-paced team-orientated setting.
To be successful in this role you must:

Have similar experience in a hatted restaurant or high-end restaurant.

Happy working in a busy, fast-paced restaurant.

Experience in Asian cooking, ideally with wok experience.

Be adaptable, organized, and have a keen eye for detail.

Have experience managing and owning your own kitchen.

Be confident in your communication and attitude.
