Our client – a

– is seeking an experienced
Passenger Services Manager
to lead large-scale passenger operations at Sydney Airport. This is a senior leadership role for a dynamic people leader with strong aviation experience and a passion for operational excellence.
What you'll be doing:
* Lead and inspire frontline passenger service teams
* Ensure safety, compliance, and service standards are met at all times
* Manage budgets, rosters, and drive operational efficiency
* Build strong stakeholder relationships and champion service excellence
What we're looking for:
* Proven leadership and people management experience
* Strong communicator with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
* Solid aviation/airline industry background (essential)
* Financial acumen and experience managing budgets
* Tertiary qualifications in Aviation Management or Business (desirable)
