Essential Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience
- Experience working on complex projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organize and prioritise complex tasks.
- Robust stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Desirable
- Understanding of the content of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and its application, and the One Defence Capability Model.
- Previous Royal Australian Navy (RAN), Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) or Naval Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group (NSSG) experience.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant industry and/or domain work experience.
- A recognised project management professional qualification (such as Registered Project Manager under Australian Institute of Project Management).
Compliance
Must hold or be eligible to hold Security Clearance to Negative Vetting level 1 (NV1).
