As a skilled visual merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in shaping an exceptional customer experience. With a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong commercial mindset, you will elevate the brand's vision through expert styling advice, deep product knowledge, and visually compelling store environments.
* Deliver excellent customer experiences through styling advice, product knowledge, and a visually appealing store environment.
* Interpret sales data and customer insights to inform and execute the store's visual direction.
* Create impactful window displays reflecting seasonal trends and brand identity.
* Style mannequins and create outfit combinations inspiring customer purchasing decisions.
* Merchandise the shop floor aligning with company guidelines for cohesive and commercial presentation.
* Support the sales team in daily operations and contribute to a seamless customer experience.
You will be responsible for setting and maintaining high visual merchandising standards while training and mentoring team members to uphold consistency. As a brand ambassador, every visual element should contribute to a memorable and engaging customer journey.
Requirements
* CUSTOMER-CENTRIC MINDSET: understanding how to elevate in-store experiences through impactful visual storytelling and exceptional customer service.
* VISUAL MERCHANDISING STANDARDS: skilled in executing brand visual guidelines, including window displays, mannequin styling, and in-store presentation.
* FASHION KNOWLEDGE: strong understanding of current fashion trends, silhouettes, and seasonal styling, with a passion for translating them into compelling visual displays.
* COMMERCIAL AWARENESS: some experience in using KPIs, sales data, and customer feedback to inform visual merchandising decisions and drive store performance.
