Melbourne, Victoria - MINT Residential seeks a Senior Property Manager to manage a boutique portfolio of high-quality properties. This is a 12-month contract position.
The ideal candidate will have a current Estate Agent's Licence, strong trust accounting experience, and 4+ years in residential property management. Proficiency with Console, Property Me, or similar software is essential. A valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle are also required.
As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to tenants and owners alike. You will coordinate inspections, oversee maintenance issues, and liaise with trusted trades. You will also support leasing, onboarding, and property handovers.
