RPS is looking for an experienced Associate Director – Cost Lead to join our Commercial & Infrastructure Delivery team.
This is a client-side role embedded within a high-performing Project Controls team, delivering strategic cost management across complex capital works.What You'll Be DrivingOwnership of cost planning, control, and reporting across all project phases.Strategic oversight of contractor claims, variations, and commercial risk.Alignment of cost forecasts with financial year budgets.High reporting and financial insights for executive stakeholders.Collaboration with planners, contract administrators, and Defence stakeholders.What You BringDeep expertise in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, and commercial advisory.Advanced Excel skills and experience with platforms like PRISM, CostX, or EcoSys.Proven ability to derive estimates from first principles and manage complex cost plans.Australian citizenship with Baseline or NV1 clearance (or ability to obtain).
