The Role

As the Administration Officer - Finance & Facilities you will contribute to the effective and efficient management of our school by providing a high level of financial and infrastructure administrative support to the Business Manager. This position operates within a fast paced, small team environment and a high level of time management and prioritisation skills will be necessary.

Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day school financial operations, including problem identification, research, consultation with program managers, and recommending solutions.
2. Provide financial and administrative support, including data entry, maintaining financial registers, clerical support, and ensuring timely and accurate
