We’re seeking a motivated and detail-focused Accounts Clerk to join a dynamic team supporting a multi-site hotel portfolio. This is a full-time permanent role based at the Brisbane Support Office, offering stability, variety, and career development in a fast-paced industry. About the Role This is a junior position, and an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a supportive and collaborative finance team. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will assist with general ledger maintenance, data entry, reconciliations, financial reporting, and supporting the wider hotels division in meeting reporting deadlines. Key Responsibilities Weekly sales postings and reconciliation of cash records across multiple venues Bank statement uploads and reconciliations Posting general ledger transactions and investigating discrepancies Assist with weekly hotel dashboard and management reports BAS/GST support and payroll ledger reviews Liaise with management and internal teams to support finance operations What We’re Looking For 6–12 months experience in a similar role OR a relevant qualification in Accounting/Finance is preferred but not essential Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting Excellent organisational and time management skills Clear and professional communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to use your own initiative Positive attitude What You’ll Get A competitive salary of $65,000 super A secure full-time role in a growing national business Supportive team culture with learning opportunities Exposure to all areas of accounting and finance Additional Info Must have full Australian working rights – no sponsorship available Immediate start available Ready to take the next step in your accounting career?
