Alongside continued global growth in skincare, Antipodes is launching into haircare, bringing our science-backed natural innovation to a new category. With strong retail partnerships across Australia and a pipeline of new product launches, we are expanding our commercial team.
We're looking for an experienced National Account Manager to lead and grow some of our most important retail partnerships in Australia.
This is a senior commercial role focused on strategic head office account management. You'll own key buyer relationships, drive joint business planning and manage account-level P&L performance to deliver sustainable growth for both Antipodes and our retail partners.
What you'll do
* Lead and grow relationships with major national retail accounts
* Drive range reviews, category presentations and ranging outcomes
* Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with retail partners
* Negotiate promotional programmes and activation investment
* Manage account-level P&L including revenue, trade spend and ROI
* Lead new product launches and ensure strong retail execution
* Analyse sell-through and category data to identify growth opportunities
About you
You're a commercially confident National Account Manager who thrives in senior buyer conversations and enjoys combining data, strategy and relationship building to deliver results.
You bring:
* 7+ years national account management experience in FMCG, beauty, health or wellness
* Experience managing major Australian retail accounts at head office level
* Strong financial acumen with experience managing account-level P&L
* Proven success with range reviews, promotions and joint business planning
* The ability to turn retail data and category insights into compelling commercial proposals
Experience working with Chemist Warehouse, Priceline, Myer, David Jones or Adore Beauty will be highly regarded.
