Head of Primary Learning Community
The College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced educational leader to join its Executive Team as Head of Primary Learning Community.
This key role is responsible for the academic, social, spiritual, physical and emotional development of students from Prep to Year 6.
A successful candidate will lead and empower the Primary Leadership Team to develop high-quality Christ-centred education aligned with our pedagogical direction and intentional pastoral care.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing the implementation of the College's strategic plan and direction in the Primary School.
* Developing and maintaining effective relationships with staff, students, parents and the wider community.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A strong understanding of Christian education and its application in a school setting.
* Proven leadership experience and skills, particularly in leading teams and developing quality educational programs.
* An ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with colleagues, parents and the wider community.
* A commitment to ongoing professional learning and development.
