We're looking for a skilled, friendly, and highly organised Showroom Concierge to join our team. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face and voice of our dealership — greeting guests, managing incoming calls, and providing crucial administrative support to help our operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet all dealership visitors in a warm and qualified manner.
* Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
* Ensure the reception area and customer lounge are clean and well‐stocked.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
* Coordinate business cards and stationery orders.
* Support Sales Team by tracking appointments.
* Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
* Provide support to other departments when needed.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational and time‐management abilities.
* Proven experience delivering outstanding customer service.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
* Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
* Knowledge of the automotive industry.
* Familiarity with general office procedures and records management.
* Vocational qualification in administration or a related field.
