And with that comes the expectations that the team will continue to evolve resulting in the opportunity for you to assist with future team training/mentoring, building a team under you and being exposed to other avenues of the Development sector (if you want). Open door policy to voice your concerns, seek support and help where you need it and collectively grow the business and marketplace presence. General gist of the role: - Proactively respond and exhaust all inbound & outbound sales opportunities - Nurture and funnel your sales pipeline from lead to successful transactions - Qualify buyer requirements, financial readiness, and purchase timelines - Represent the sale of existing Projects, selling off-the-plan apartments & townhouses across the greater Newcastle region - Operate out of the display stand situated within a busy local shopping-centre, with endless foot traffic and high client engagement - Assist & service the display stand by fielding customer inquiries, encourage interactions with VR tours and schedule potential purchaser visits - Manage and maintain the database with CRM updates / notifications / scheduling - Serve as the key point of contact for purchasers throughout the sales, settlement, and post settlement processes - Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to drive buyer engagement, enhance response rates and successful advertising metrics - Problem-solve and proactively manage buyer expectations, concerns and solutions What’s going to get you considered for this role? - Not afraid to pick up the phone! This role, and your success in it, is heavily dependent on your initiative to hit the phones, service the high volume of inbound leads, maintain the database whilst proactively seeking alternative opportunities that may present. (crucial) - Flexibility to accommodate client demands and appointment requests is a must. This is no 9-5 role and will see you working outside the 'norm' in a working week including rotating weekend expectations. (crucial) - Team Player .You will be working with a tight-knit team that collectively support one-another and share the wins. Being reliable and dependable will be reciprocated from your team members and ensure you love what you do and who you are doing it with. (crucial) - Previous experience in a similar role. We welcome applications from those with sales experience across the property sector however direct Project Sales / Off-the-plan experience is ideal (preferred). - Real Estate qualification, Class 2 licenced agents (preferred) - Passion and enthusiasm for the sector and a natural born 'sales' person. (crucial) - Exceptional personal presentation and a professional manner. (crucial) - Highly organised with the ability to prioritise urgent matters and ensure effective communication at all times.
