* Proven track record in sales management, preferably with an understanding of agricultural services
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
* Resourceful and forward-thinking, with a passion for effecting real change
* Able to provide high-level customer service and cultivate relationships with clients
* Sound financial knowledge and strong business acumen, with the ability to make informed decisions
