Opportunity to work for a Victorian Government Client!!!
Duration: 6-month contract
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Responsibilities
* Lead end‐to‐end change management for technology uplift initiatives, including developing change strategies, plans, and adoption approaches.
* Facilitate key workshops such as Detailed Change Impact Assessments and process‐mapping sessions to support future‐state design.
* Partner with Technology, Operations, and business stakeholders to drive engagement, manage impacts, and ensure readiness for change.
* Develop and deliver clear communication and training plans to support adoption of new systems, tools, and ways of working.
* Navigate ambiguity in a low‐maturity environment by proactively defining processes, resolving blockers, and driving outcomes across a mixed workforce of contractors, consultants, and permanent staff.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience delivering Change Management activities for technology implementations (e.g., system upgrades, tech stack modernisation, digital transformation).
* Strong understanding of technology operations, environments, and how change impacts technical and non‐technical roles.
* Ability to work in low‐maturity, evolving environments and drive clarity where processes are undefined.
* Proven experience facilitating workshops including Detailed Change Impact Assessments and process mapping sessions.
* Experience in environments using SAP Performance Management or SAP SuccessFactors.
