Join Findex as a Client Services Officer and work alongside industry professionals who care about making a positive impact We are seeking an experienced, energetic and motivated individual who can provide administrative support to the team and ensure a high level of customer care.

We are looking for someone who has any client-facing or administrative experience. This is a full-time, onsite, permanent role based in our Geelong office.

Your role, your contribution

* Perform front of house coverage duties such as providing efficient customer services to clients and staff, managing mail, client data and meeting rooms.
* Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence, completing ASIC tasks, and completing trust accounts.
* Administration tasks including database maintenance, APS updates, document management, and client invoicing.
* Providing general administrative support to team members.

What you will bring to the role

* Experience in customer services, administration, or any front of house role is highly desirable.
* A genuine team player who has excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills.
* Highly skilled in prioritising and coordinating tasks.
* Previous experience using the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
