**What's the role?**
- This position is a vital part of the Marketing, Communications and Fundraising team, for the 91 years young Good Friday Appeal. With a focus on digital communications and content creation, the role also encompasses support and coordination for areas such as Ambassador, fundraising and partner campaigns.
- Sits within a small dynamic team with an ability to initiate, plan and coordinate effective communications and content to drive fundraising and supporter engagement.
- Reports to the Head Fundraising and Communications of the Good Friday Appeal and incorporates three key areas: Social and Digital Marketing, Content Development and Communications, Brand and Stakeholder management
- Supports the execution of strategies for brand management, PR, Ambassadors, stakeholder relationships, supporter journeys, analytics and reporting for the Good Friday Appeal.
- Create and deliver community engagement plans across social media, planning content for our social media channels, looking for new ways to engage with current and potential supporters.
- Actively identify issues that may impact campaign objectives, recommending and implementing actions to mitigate.

- You are results driven with proven experience in delivering effective social media and content marketing campaigns in delivering priorities.
- You have been looking for the right purpose to spend your hard earned skills and talents on.
- You have 2+ years experience in a similar role covering social media content creation, Google ads, website analysis, blog writing, SEO & SEM, and marketing automation.
- Your tertiary qualifications in communications or a related discipline and/or equivalent experience within media and digital communications means you bring a ton of ideas and enthusiasm to know where the opportunities are.

**Who are we?**
The Good Friday Appeal is an iconic not-for-profit charity established to raise funds for the Royal Children's Hospital. Since 1931, the Appeal has raised $421 million to fund research, equipment, education, training and patient centred care programs at the hospital. The Good Friday Appeal is supported by a small team who works closely with our generous partners, supporters, collection groups and volunteers who come together in the spirit of raising funds for the hospital.
