How you'll make an impact

Reporting into the Portfolio Delivery Manager, the Project Coordinator is accountable for maintaining governance and reporting across the North Platform delivery portfolio, ensuring consistency in tracking, documentation, and data integrity.

This role acts as the central point of administration for the delivery portfolio governance, metrics, and reporting, supporting delivery and business leaders by ensuring accurate and timely portfolio insights.

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in Jira administration, reporting, and compliance oversight, enabling structured portfolio management practices and transparency.

The Project Coordinator manages project schedules, reporting frameworks and portfolio-wide dashboards, providing leadership in technology and business units with a consolidated view of status and performance.


What you'll bring to the role

* Experience in portfolio governance, reporting, and documentation in large-scale IT, software development or financial services environments
* Strong expertise in Jira, Confluence, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau for managing portfolio data and reporting.
* Understanding of portfolio management frameworks (e.g., MoP) and financial reporting for projects and programs.
* Experience in working within Agile and hybrid project delivery environments.
* Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and consistency in reporting.
* Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, IT, or related fields.
* Certifications in portfolio management or reporting tools (e.g., Jira Administration, Power BI) are highly desirable
* Ability to track, document, and maintain portfolio governance frameworks, ensuring compliance and consistency across projects.
* Proficient in data analysis and reporting, translating complex portfolio information into clear and actionable insights.
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain comprehensive tracking mechanisms for risks, resource allocations, and key decisions.
* Advanced proficiency in Jira and Microsoft Projects administration, ensuring seamless project tracking and reporting.
* Strong reporting capability in Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
* Ability to optimize reporting frameworks and automate portfolio tracking where possible.

* Strong communication skills, ensuring reporting is clear, concise, and valuable for decision-makers.
* Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders, including executive-level leaders, to provide transparency into portfolio status.
* Effective collaboration with Delivery Managers and IT Project Managers to ensure reporting aligns with delivery priorities.
