General Manager Role
We are seeking a high-performing, experienced automotive leader to join our senior leadership team as General Manager for one of our cornerstone brands at our newest acquisition in Canberra.
This is a key appointment that offers the opportunity to lead a flagship dealership backed by the resources, scale, and strategic vision of a leading national automotive group.
You will be responsible for:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dealership.
Driving growth through achieving and exceeding financial and performance targets.
Building and developing a high-performance team through coaching, mentoring, and leadership.
Maintaining strong, respectful partnerships with OEM brand partners.
Creating a culture that is customer-focused, safe, and results-driven.
Delivering on KPI and performance targets within a listed company environment.
Setting a explicit strategic vision for the dealership's future.
Proven success in a General Sales Manager, Aftersales Manager, or General Manager position.
Strong financial and commercial management skills.
Exceptional people leadership and team-building abilities.
A track record of delivering above-benchmark results.
