About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Work Management Lead to oversee SAP S4 EAM work management capability across a major industrial operation based in Kwinana.
This is a governance and coordination role, not a hands on configuration position. You will act as the site SME, overseeing system updates, coordinating fault resolution, and ensuring SAP EAM capability aligns with business requirements and best practice work management processes.
The Work Management role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including data integrity monitoring along with strategic stakeholder engagement and delivery of best practice work management processes
Working Monday to Friday on 8 hour days, you will provide structured oversight of system performance while partnering with maintenance, reliability and IT stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the SAP S4 EAM functional SME for the site
* Coordinate and oversee EAM system updates and enhancements
* Lead fault identification and resolution in partnership with IT and vendors
* Ensure master data governance and disciplined work management practices
* Support performance improvement initiatives across maintenance functions
* Delivery and documentation of Work Management process

* $90–100 per hour + super

About You
* Extensive experience in SAP S4 EAM and Plant Maintenance
* Strong background in work management administration and master data governance
* Experience across SAP implementation or optimisation cycles
* Strong understanding of maintenance strategy and reliability principles
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability
* Experience in mining, processing or heavy industry environments highly regarded
* Must have the right to work in Australia
