**About you**
Flexible attitude with proven experience working in a Service Delivery environment to ensure requests are logged, updated and closed to agreed SLA's. Knowledge of the ITIL environment and processes will see you resolve problems/queries relating to PC's, laptops, printers, LAN, Videoconference, and other IT and telecommunications systems.
**About the role**
Based out of our Henderson Office, you will be a central contact for maintenance, support and implementation of desktop environments at a second line level. This will include fault fix, answering calls, swap out of equipment and fulfilling requests as part of a wider Desktop support team across Babcock International Group.
