Administrative Assistant - Real Estate
This is an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support to a high-performing team in our Real Estate division.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Proactive diary and email management
* Large volume of file management (e.g. opening and closing matters)
* Document production and amendment in Microsoft Office Suite
* Travel arrangements & meeting coordination
* Monthly client billing
* Client reporting
* Corporate expense reconciliation
* Maintaining client databases and key contact information.
Requirements:
* Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* The ability to clearly and confidently communicate at all levels
* Advanced MS Word skills, including document creation and presentation
* Strong understanding of MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and other software
