**Job Description**
We are seeking a seasoned HVAC Account Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our business development strategy, this role is responsible for managing client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services.

This position combines account management with proactive business development to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
o Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
o Understand client needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets. Develop strategies to grow accounts and expand service offerings. Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Operational Support:
Coordinate with service and project teams to ensure client satisfaction. Monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly. Provide feedback to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Reporting & Forecasting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems. Prepare regular reports on account status, pipeline, and forecasts. Track KPIs and contribute to strategic planning.
