Job Description
Instant Waste Management Instant Waste Management is seeking an experienced Earthmoving Plant Operator to join our operations team based in Muchea. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery across waste management and construction activities, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with safety requirements. Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet deadlines Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times Follow all workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures Report any faults, hazards, or incidents promptly Qualification & experience Proven experience operating earthmoving plant equipment (excavators, loaders, graders, dump trucks) Previous experience in construction, civil, or waste management environments Valid tickets/licences for plant operation (highly regarded) Ability to read and interpret site plans and drawings Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently About Company Instant Waste Management is a privately owned Western Australian company specialising in waste management, recycling, and construction services.
