We are seeking a qualified, enthusiastic, and compassionate Wellbeing/Lifestyle Assistant to support our residents in living their best lives.

What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver engaging and inclusive lifestyle and wellbeing programs
* Provide personalised one on one support to residents
* Assist with developing, reviewing, and evaluating wellbeing care plans
* Ensure every resident and stakeholder receives an exceptional experience
* Work closely with clinical teams to support holistic resident wellbeing
Things that matter to us
* Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle; or
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
* Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
* NDIS Clearance Check; or
* National Criminal History Check
* Current and Valid Drivers Licence
* Eligibility to work in Australia
