ROLE PURPOSE - The Operations Coordinator is responsible for undertaking the co-ordination of service delivery in the business operations to a consistently high standard of operational excellence.

ROLE MANDATE SUCCESS PROFILE

Accountabilities Critical Experience

People
- Act in line with Our Cleanaway Way and Cleanaway Leadership Model actively contributing to

creating a high-performance, values-based company culture
- Deliver the highest standard in professional conduct, personal presentation and company image
- Contribute to maintaining a respectful workplace for all employee
- Liaise with operational management to continuously improve service delivery, resolve issues and ensure new work opportunities are evaluated in a timely manner
- Assist operational management and HSE Coordinators (where applicable) to ensure all requirements are met

Market
- Co-ordinate all daily services to ensure services are delivered for scheduled and contracted

requirements to meet a consistently high standard
- Report on contractual matters, opportunity pipelines and competitor activity to management
- Identify opportunities to promote Cleanaway businesses within the Region
- Maintain customer service standards and identify service solutions to assist customer retention

Assets
- Utilise company resources including applicable software to monitor and improve driver

productivity and fleet efficiency

Financials
- Maintain activities within functional departmental budget
- Proven skills in the area of financial principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation, conflict management and relationship building skills
- Proven ability to effectively manage time and competing priorities
- Intermediate IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Database and Customer Relationship Management tools)

- Background knowledge in waste industry

Refer Delegated Authority Levels (DAL) Policy (Portal: Policies_ Corporate)

The DAL's act as a framework for managing risk within Cleanaway by providing clarity to the defined limits of your authority to act on behalf of Cleanaway and you must ensure this continues down via line management to the employees who perform particular aspects of the Company's business.

Cleanaway policies and procedures also provide further information relating to authorities and may be found on the Cleanaway Portal.
