We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Specialist to oversee the development and expansion of our agricultural operations in Australia and New Zealand.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key relationships with stakeholders, including processers, customers, WHS, trades, regulatory bodies, and employees.
Key responsibilities include:
* Development and expansion of agricultural activities across NSW, VIC, and NZ.
* Oversee onsite construction management of multiple agricultural developments in multiple locations.
* Manage civil design, electrical design, and water (hydraulic) design and implementation.
* Quote, tender, and manage numerous sub contractors.
* Lead the Construction Team of Supervisors.
About You:
You are a proven leader with extensive experience managing large-scale, complex portfolios within construction organisations.
Your background could be from a range of diverse sectors, including commercial, industrial, institutional, and government projects.
Key attributes include exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, a track record of delivering multi-million-dollar projects successfully, passion for mentoring and building high-performing teams, commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture, flexibility to travel and multitask, tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar, and experience working on new build construction projects - Industrial, Commercial, Residential etc.
