Clinical Nurse Specialist - PACU Coordinator
As a Recovery Team Leader (Clinical Nurse Specialist 2), you will be responsible for providing supervision, direction and guidance to ensure safe practice, quality care and leadership in the perioperative management team.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the nursing team with planning, assessment, implementation and evaluation of excellent standard of evidence based, person centred care.
* Collaborate with the perioperative management team to provide strategic leadership, supervision and oversight as required.
* Demonstrate professional practice as evidenced by adhering to AHPRA professional standards, code of ethics and conduct, legislative requirements and Healthscope's policies and processes.
* Foster a learning environment through clinical presentations to support the nursing team with their professional development and maintaining own professional learning and continuous professional development and providing supervision and teaching to peers, ENs, graduates and students.
Requirements
* Current AHPRA registration.
* Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Recovery RN.
* Prior experience as a CNS, acting NUM or in charge in PACU will be highly regarded.
* Post Graduate Certificate in Perioperative Nursing (or working towards).
* Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
* Demonstrate the ability to show initiative and work within a team environment.

The successful candidate will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF – NSW Nurses and Midwives' – Enterprise Agreement 2020 – 2024.
