Responsibilities
- As an Early Childhood Teacher at Goodstart, you'll ignite a love of learning in children, guiding their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices.
- Build strong, meaningful relationships with families to ensure every child feels a sense of belonging and is supported to thrive.
- Mentor and inspire educational practices in your room, collaborating with the centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs.
- Contribute to achieving outstanding outcomes for children through collaborative planning and program delivery.

You’ll need
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
- Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
- Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
