Our restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating the front-of-house team, delivering exceptional customer service, managing bookings and floor operations, monitoring and achieving key performance indicators, and training and developing staff members.
 * Leadership Skills:
 * Leading and motivating the FOH team
 * Developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance
 * Mentoring and coaching staff members to achieve their full potential
 * Customer Service Skills:
 * Delivering exceptional customer service
 * Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
 * Providing outstanding service to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth
 * Operational Skills:
 * Managing bookings and floor operations
 * Monitoring and achieving key performance indicators
 * Controlling stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who has:
 * Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
 * Excellent leadership and communication skills
 * Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
 * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
 * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
