The Role
We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Experience team at a high-profile corporate site in Brisbane. In this front-of-house role, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and staff ensuring every interaction is warm, efficient, and aligned with our client’s brand.
Job Description
What You’ll Do
* Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and care
* Deliver a seamless and welcoming front-of-house experience
* Support day-to-day workplace operations including mail, access, and floor coordination
* Maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment for all occupants
* Assist with event support and workplace service requests
What You’ll Bring
* 2+ years in customer service, hospitality, or administration
* A passion for delivering outstanding service in a professional setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and a polished, corporate presentation
