Work with a leading supplier of textiles to generate new activity in the B2B design sector in Perth. This role will be focusing on commercial clients within the sector, and plays a pivotal role in the businesses continued growth trajectory. The ideal candidate for this role will have current industry contacts and a network of architects, designers and building professionals. An opportunity to work with beautiful international brands and deliver exceptional project outcomes for clients.
Key responsibilities
* Actively identify, nurture and convert new business leads through a combination of prospecting, networking and cold outreach
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans and campaigns to drive growth
* Work closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Prepare and deliver high-quality sales presentations and proposals
* Provide feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing initiatives
* Attend and participate in industry events
Skills & experience
* Proven success in a sales or business development role, ideally within the Architecture & Design or building sectors
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing a portfolio of new clients
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a range of stakeholders
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand and address client needs
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to meet shared goals
* Self-motivated, target-driven with the tenacity to see a deal through to close
