A rare opportunity for an experienced Facility Manager to join an established and growing not-for-profit aged care provider, based near Ryde. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the clinical, financial, and operational performance of a medium-sized residential home. You will mentor and support a large clinical and non-clinical team to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality care.

About You
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with experience in a Facility Manager/Director of Nursing/Residential Manager role.
* Previous experience leading successful accreditation processes and knowledge of ACQS.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a clinical and non-clinical team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to time management.
* Full Australian Working Rights.
