Located 36 minutes from the town of Nebo this is an fantastic opportunity to join a leading, responsible client with a track record of excellence in supplying high quality coal.What You Will Be DoingYou will be; Conducting training and assessments for mobile plant and equipment operators Supporting workforce competency development and upskilling initiatives Ensuring compliance with site training standards and safety procedures Maintaining accurate training records and documentation Collaborating with supervisors to identify training needs and priorities Participating in continuous improvement of training systems and delivery What You Will Need Previous Trainer Assessor experience Applicable Trade or RII qualification, or Role specific SSE signed site authorisations Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical or willingness to obtain Manual Drivers license Training Transcripts/ LMS with proven experience on a minimum of CAT793/Komatsu830/ Terex4400 Willingness to pass Drug and Alcohol screening Whats in it for you?
