You’ll manage diaries, documents, office operations, onboarding, and communications - keeping senior leaders and the office running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Executive & diary support for Directors Reports, tenders, correspondence, and document QA Office coordination, meetings, and client reception Staff onboarding, training & social initiatives LinkedIn/social media content and updates Records management and internal systems support About You: Strong Office 365 skills & fast, accurate typing Construction industry experience is highly regarded Adobe InDesign, Aconex, Canva experience highly regarded.
