Overview
Woodham Petroleum Services is a family-owned, independent fuel distributor with operations established throughout QLD and NSW. We are seeking a Depot Coordinator to provide administrative support to our operations across southern Queensland.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate customer fuel deliveries and maintain records.
* Manage driver operations, including onboarding, scheduling, and compliance.
* Oversee fleet maintenance, including scheduling and cost management.
* Occasional regional travel and out-of-hours work may be required.
* Preparation of administrative tasks associated with safety & compliance.
Qualifications and Skills
* Previous administrative experience in logistics or transportation preferred.
* Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
* Knowledge of fleet maintenance procedures and safety/compliance requirements advantageous.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally required.
Working Hours and Reporting
This position will be located at the Townsville Depot. Occasional out-of-hours work may be required based on operational needs. Regional travel will be necessary to various depots and offices within Queensland.
