Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion controls, and quality standards
* Ensure food is presented in a consistent and appealing manner
* Contribute to menu development, specials, and seasonal offerings
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
* Monitor stock levels, assist with stock rotation, and minimize wastage
* Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
* Adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines and venue policies
* Support the Head Chef/Venue Manager with kitchen operations as required
