Job Description:
Delivery Manager Role
We're seeking a proactive leader to manage our works program and lead a dynamic team. You'll report to the Area Manager and ensure processes, systems, and resources align with deadlines, budgets, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Works Ready Coordinators, Crew Leaders, Field Staff, and Schedulers
* Deliver allocated work programs on time and budget
* Manage risks and safety issues
* Maximise field resources and equipment utilisation
* Lead, supervise, and mentor teams
* Review actual activities vs plan, applying short interval controls and continuous improvement tools
About You
You'll be pivotal in managing and mentoring a diverse team, optimising resource utilisation, and driving continuous improvement. Your skills and attributes include:
* Cert III or higher in Power Systems, Project Management, or relevant qualification
* Minimum 5 years working knowledge of construction, maintenance, planning/scheduling work, and operational techniques and standards
* Excellent understanding of HSEQ issues related to the Electrical Supply Industry
* Ability to make decisions, accept responsibility, autonomy, and accountability
* Outstanding problem-solving and issue resolution skills, strong organisational planning skills
