**Store Manager - Lids Australia**
Lids Sports Group is the largest licensed sports retailer in North America, selling fan and fashion-oriented headwear and apparel across the US, Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Australia.
We are seeking an energetic, motivated leader with a passion for retail and customer service to join our team at our Lids store in Westpoint, Blacktown, and drive success.
Our retail stores offer officially licensed headwear and apparel professional sports teams, plus top brands like Nike, New Era, Adidas, and Mitchell & Ness. Our cap connoisseurs are dedicated to fueling the passion for sports and fashion merchandise by meeting the needs of our loyal customers and casual shoppers alike.
Our customers rely on our team to help them find and select products that represent their individualism, team pride and personal style. The company is currently expanding with the goal of becoming the largest licensed brick-and-mortar sports retailer across the globe.
**Your typical day**
- Providing an in-store experience that inspires and empowers our customers.
- Coaching, and motivating your team to drive sales that deliver exceptional customer service.
- Prepare store schedules and provide for proper store coverage at all times, within the guidelines for wage control set by the company.
- Meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual statistics.
- Participate in store maintenance per the current visual guidelines including proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
- Participate in managing store inventory including processing shipments and resetting merchandise.
