This role goes beyond content production. You'll shape how the brand shows up, connects, and builds genuine community across social platforms.
This is not a behind-the-scenes role. You'll be front and centre, bringing ideas to life, shaping the aesthetic, and building a genuine connection with the audience.

Key Responsibilities
* Host & Present: Be the face of TikTok and Instagram Reels (styling hauls, trend insights, behind-the-scenes content)
* Create & Edit: Concept, shoot, and edit engaging, high-energy content
* Trend Translation: Identify emerging trends and make them relevant and wearable
* Brand Storytelling: Bring brand values to life through every video and caption
* Audience Connection: Create content that feels personal, relatable, and worth watching
What You Bring
* Confident, engaging, and naturally captivating on camera, with a presence that draws people in instantly
* Strong fashion instincts and the ability to elevate everyday looks with ease
* A sharp creative eye, with a clear understanding of composition, lighting, and overall aesthetic
* Advanced mobile editing skills (e.g. CapCut) and deep familiarity with TikTok and Instagram
* Proven experience creating content that not only looks good but drives real engagement
* A genuine understanding of customers in their 30s, their lifestyle, mindset, and what resonates with them
