Senior property manager - stone cairns beaches

ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Stone Real Estate Cairns Beaches team in Smithfield, Cairns. You'll take on a well-maintained portfolio, supported by a professional and friendly team that values quality service and work-life balance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is confident in managing all aspects of residential property management with autonomy and professionalism.

• Manage a tidy and well-maintained residential portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Conduct routine inspections, manage maintenance and repairs
• Handle lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
• Ensure compliance with QLD tenancy legislation and agency standards

• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property management
• QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Strong working knowledge of QLD Residential Tenancies Act
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
