Maroochy RSL is seeking experienced Events Attendants who have vibrant, accommodating personalities that will engage with our guests to ensure a memorable visit. Personal presentation and creating a professional impression as an ambassador for the venue at all times will be of utmost importance.

The applicants we are seeking will:
* Have a minimum of 1 year experience in a conference and banqueting role
* Have a positive can do attitude and a genuine passion for service excellence
* Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Have strong attention to detail
* Be a positive self starter
* Demonstrate leadership and initiative in a fast paced high pressure environment
* Strong food & beverage service background
* Maintain consistently high standards of conduct of work and work performance across all aspects of the job
* Show initiative and willingness to learn
* Be reliable with a friendly and outgoing personality
* Be team focused
* Bar experience
* 3 Plate Carry
* Conference and Banqueting set ups
* Be flexible to work a variety of shifts and different days including weekends
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement of Attainment
