Pay Rate: $40/hr
About the Role
As a Site Chef, you\'ll play a key role in providing high-quality meals to workers in a busy village-style camp. This is a short-term FIFO contract role with rostered swings, perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments and wants to experience life working remotely.
Responsibilities
Preparing and cooking meals for breakfast, crib lunch, and dinner services
Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and food safety compliance
Assisting with menu preparation, stock control, and kitchen operations
Ensuring dietary requirements and food portions are managed correctly
Working as part of a kitchen team to meet service deadlines
Supporting cleaning and sanitation of kitchen and equipment
What We\'re Looking For
Previous experience in bulk catering or remote/industrial sites preferred
A solid work ethic and a team-oriented mindset
Positive time management and adaptability under pressure
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and provide police clearance
